Shipping

Every item will ship USPS First Class with tracking within the USA.
USPS Priority Mail will be used for Canada and overseas orders.

Orders exceeding the amount of $ 300.00 have different shipping charges and will always include tracking and insurance.

Priority International mail usually takes a couple of weeks to arrive, but could take up to 6 weeks in rare cases depending on customs times. Tracking number is not always available for international shipping, however, you will be given a custom declaration number that could eventually be traced and/or investigated upon request.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes that could be charged by your customs office.

You will receive a notification of shipping with tracking number/custom declaration number once your order is in the mail, so you will know when to expect your package.

Shipping charges: 

within the USA, first class ........$ 4.00

Canada, Priority Mail.................$ 12.00

Rest of the World, Priority Mail..$ 25.00 (for orders up to $299.00)

Rest of the World, Registered Mail..$ 45.00 ( for orders of $300.00 or more)

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to me and if you are not happy with your purchase, contact me right away and I will be happy to answer your questions, fix the problem and/or give you a full refund minus shipping charges. Please contact me first at info@stilosissima.com so I can give you authorization to do so. When you return the item place it in the same package with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of receipt. Don't forget tracking service.
Custom orders will be handled differently depending on the order and/or rings exceeding certain size.

                                     

REPAIRS 


Repairs will be handled on a case by case basis, just send an email at info@stilosissima.com and I will be happy to accommodate your requests.

Additional Policies and FAQs

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: An  8.00 % tax will be added to the price of your purchase.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS will be responsible for any taxes that could be charged at your customs office. Keep in mind that your item could take a few weeks to arrive.
